第二届黑山波德戈里察光影国际摄影展日前揭晓，尚图坊获得3个奖项。在本次赛事中，摄影师简世西作品《牧归》获得彩色开放组PSA勋带奖。摄影师史永健作品《哺喂》获得自然组勋带奖。除上述获奖作品外，另有耿尼《白鹭》、陈英《少林功夫》、毕金辉《湖不语》等63幅次优秀作品入选。

       本赛事由黑山波德戈里察Unlimited摄影俱乐部主办,由国际影艺联盟(FIAP-2018/390)、美国摄影学会（PSA-2018/395）、国际摄影家联盟（GPU-L180094）共同认证。共设：自然组、旅游组、人物组、光影组、彩色开放组和黑白开放组六大组别。
