本赛事由威尔士摄影联合会主办，经由国际影艺联盟（FIAP）、美国摄影学会（PSA）、国际摄影家联盟（GPU）共同认证。共设：黑白照片组、彩色照片组、黑白数码组、彩色数码组、自然组和旅游组六个组别。本期国际影赛获奖作品赏析精选自2018年第40届英国威尔士国际摄影展部分获奖作品。
